Mustafa is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan & Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, having completed his compulsory training from the Lahore office of Ernst & Young International and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. He is also a CEDR Accredited mediator- UK and a Balance Scorecard Professional (BSP) from USA. He brings with him post-qualification experience that spans over 15 years. He is currently acting as the Managing Partner of “Mustafa Khan & Co. Chartered Accountants”, A CA firm based in Lahore. The key focus of the firm is the start-up Ecosystem and is providing consultancy services to start-ups and Venture Capital firms.

Prior to this, Mustafa has held top management positions including the position of Country Head and Chief Financial Officer, in a wide range of sectors encompassing Media, Telecom, Construction, Sales and distribution organizations. Apart from extensive, cross-sector experience in accounting, finance and auditing-related matters, Mustafa has also been actively associated in driving the HR, sales, commercial, business development, supply chain, administration and legal functions in organizations.

Mustafa has developed & imparted training workshops on themes ranging from Time Management, Creative Thinking, Project Management & Performance Management. He is also a Competent Communicator designated by Toastmasters International, USA, and a founder member & mentor of Chartered Accountants Toastmasters Club, Lahore, which forms part of an international organization for the promotion of public speaking and leadership skills. He was the President of the club for the term 2018-2019.

He is a designated Mentor by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for Chartered Accountant Community. He has been a member of various committees at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Mr. Faisal Masood Afzal, is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Public Finance Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Faisal has a post qualification experience that spans over 17 years. Currently Mr. Faisal working as a partner in Mustafa Khan & Co, leading assurance and financial advisory. Mr. Faisal is also a member of Lahore tax bar association, Faisalabad tax bar association, above and beyond owing a pleasant disposition, he enjoys a prominent placement at Toastmaster International. Faisal has also a list of successful audits and financial appraisals into his account during the period of his financial career.

Prior to this, Faisal has held “C” level position in vide range of sectors including textiles, allied engineering, trading and service sector organizations. During the period, Mr. Faisal has demonstrated leading role at finance function in rationalization and played an instrumental protagonist in strategic management to build teams of professionals. He has been a principal guide in leading international business negotiations, acquisitions and establishing foreign partnerships. His strong proceedings and management of financial institutions and banking segment has helped organization to standout an organization with brilliant healthy financial prominence.

Mr. Farooqi completed his articles from the Lahore office of Grant Thornton and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009. He has been associated with Grant Thornton in the capacity of Director – Advisory services and then as Partner – Advisory services. Lately, he was heading the advisory practice of Lahore for Grant Thornton. He specializes in Strategy and Growth, Corporate Finance, and Business Risk Services. Within these areas, he is serving a wide range of clientele both in the social & development sector, public and private sectors. Besides above, he has a professional trainer and mentor for numerous capacity building interventions.

A finance Professional, he has worked with numerous established private sector firms over the span of twenty years of his multi-dimensional career and currently working as Senior Manager Advisory & Special projects with Mustafa Khan & Company. At present, he is leading projects related to structuring of internal procedures which also involves specialized assignments such as ERP implementation, Risk management, Risk analysis and other related tasks.

Mr. Muhammad Fahad Naeem completed his training in Risk Management & Advisory Services from BDO Office, Pakistan. Since 2012, Fahad has been involved with various clients in advising accounting & financial Services, process re-alignment, defining policies and formulating procedural manuals. He has also been attached with many industry verticals defining business and operating models to improve agility and efficiency, to mitigate risks in realising strategic goals.

He has earned significant experience of Internal Audit while serving in various capacities at leading FMCG and textile companies. Because of his specialization and excellence in Risk Management & Advisory, he was elevated to the role of Head Risk Management & Compliance at a listed Microfinance Bank.

A Senior IT professional with 30+ years’ experience in IT Consultancy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy Development, Functional, and Technical Process Flows, and Business Practice Analysis with national and international clients in Public, Manufacturing, Telecom and Banking sectors. A proven track record of delivering successful projects that include Mergers & Acquisitions, Consolidations (Software, Hardware, and Staff), Cost Reduction, Profit Maximization, Cloud Computing, and Improved Turn Around Time (TAT) by staffing, restructuring, increased accountability, cost controls, SaaS, and vendor management. Manufacturing Sector experience with leading manufacturing company like Packages Group (Including Mall, Manufacturing, Insurance (Life & General)) with a proven record of Life Insurance solution implementation, Fraud Detection, IOT and security tools/processes implementation.

Asadullah Khan is a chartered accountant having ten years of diverse experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and finance. After completing his training from Kabani & Company (Chartered Accountants) where he was mainly deputed in assurance and taxation divisions, Mr Asad joined internal audit department of Netsol Technologies Limited where he developed his expertise in financial reporting and internal control assessment, design & implementation and GDPR compliance. He has also served as head of finance department in an entertainment company before deciding to adopt consultancy as his future career path. At Mustafa Khan & Company Asad is leading audit and assurance and outsourcing wings and has also been involved in some special assignments which include costing, budgeting, financial modelling and investment appraisals, business valuation, and business process re-engineering.

Jahanzeb Ijaz Rana is an Accounting and Finance Graduate from Oxford Brooks University England. He is also an Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (Finalist), and has 6 years of practical experience in field of Accounting and Finance. He has expertise in accounting consultancy, Business Process Re-Engineering, ERP implementation, Performance Management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Development. He has also been involved in development of Management Information Systems (MIS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Functional Manuals for Businesses. He also has responsibilities of co-ordination with professionals of various fields like Auditing, Taxation and IT experts for discussing the matters relating to the assignments.
